2004 Window Problem

The driver's window on my 04 coupe will not go down. This problem was on the passenger side window for a day, then the window began working again without any problems. Now it is the driver's window staying up. This is a low mileage coupe that is used only once or twice a month. Any recommedations as to what the problem could be? How to check for it and if the door panel is to be removed, any tips on removal. All help is appreciated.

And there lies the problem. The window is sticking from lack of use. If you hold the button down and slam the door, it may begin to work again. If not, come back here and we'll go into more fixes for that common issue.
