Question: 2007 Z06 periodic noise

My '07 Z06 has an annoying noise when shifting (mostly) from 2nd to 3rd. I can feel a slight vibration and it only lasts for a second or two. Any ideas? Ronald.hulse@yahoo.com

Where is the vibration coming from? Shifter, under the shifter, back end? My 07 Z had a pretty tight shifter and I thrashed it pretty good.
