2009 ls3 less than 40k intermittent start issues

Intermittent start issues, when it does start, it runs/drives great... does not shut down until I shut it off... new to this forum. Can anyone help?
Temp does not appear to be an issue
Intermittent start - when it starts, it runs it drives...
When does not it does not start/ cranks but no spark, no fuel (diags)
Diagnostics - no error codes

Recap
2009 LS3 Corvette
Less than 40k mi
Intermittent start - when started, runs fine
Temp - does not seem to be an issue
Troubleshooting - replaced Relays for Crank and Fuel

Any help would be greatly appreciated ~
