I was debating on getting a ZR-1. But, I decided on a Z06, instead. Haven't regretted it at all. That $37K price spread between the MSRPs was too scary for me.
 
What is really scary is the power difference between the 427 and the ZR1.
If you drive both of them you will see the ZR1 is worth the extra $$.
Brakes are cleaner also. :w
 
Really great comparison video.

Did anyone else notice at the 2:59 mark when the launch control for the ZR1 was being demostrated in slow motion that the front facia was waving up and down. Take a look near the headlights.

The nose of the C6 'vettes is of a very flexible material and there's really little or no support structure in that area. The nose isn't made of SMC or CF, but, of a very flexible kind of plastic. I'm sure mine would show the same thing. Especially going over rough roads.
