Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic?

DSOM 2

As a previous DSOM owner ('06), I can't wait to see what the new DSOM 2 looks like.
:w

My all-time favorite Vette color.

All cool! Any word on the Grand Sport? :thumb

8 speed tranny? Cool... :cool

As an owner of two 2005 Daytona Sunset Orange convertibles, you know I'm very anxious to see the new 2015 Daytona Sunrise Orange color! It will be tough to be the original DSOM!! The color that 6shooter just posted looks too much like Atomic Orange. I hope it is not the real DSOM.

About a Grand Sport...I seriously doubt there will be one in the near future for the C7 series. Could be wrong, of course.

What other color is there....

Finally, the right color added!

Just a thought.

I think it would be cool if they put the LS7 505 H.P. in the Grand Sport. Still a bad boy engine. I think it would make a great intermeadiate engine choice and while they are at it bump it up to 540 H.P.

Harlan Charles said the Z were the end of the C7 model lineup. That said, it would be very easy to do what they did with the C6, and use the base engine in the wide body from the Z. That little stroke of genius probably saved the Vette at the end of the model run, AND provided a lot of extra profit.

If there was a plan for a GS, they probably wouldn't admit it. We'll see what the market is for the new Z at the price they are asking. That will probably determine a GS variant. You should have seen the look on the Carlisle crowd's faces when Harlan announced a fully equipped Z would run $102 - 107K.
