Question.

Is the 2015 Corvette Z06 known as a Stingray?
Reason for asking. The Stingray badge is missing on the 2015 Corvette Z06.

My guess is the base Corvette is a Stingray but the uplevel model might be just "Z06".

StingRay Is a Upscale Model There still is a base model and Now there will be a new 8speed auto as well as a 7 speed man

The 2015 ZO6 will offer a optional ZO7 badge with adjustable rear spoiler-ceramic brakes and possibley some other additional options. STAY-Tuned.

Just Corvette Z06 as confirmed in CAC's latest news bulletin, 'Drop-top Supercar: 2015 Corvette Z06 Convertible':

"The Corvette Z06 Convertible represents the culmination of more than four years developing an all-new, all-aluminum structure for the seventh generation Corvette. That structure, built at General Motors’ Bowling Green Assembly plant, was designed to the specifications of the Corvette Stingray, Corvette Z06 and the Corvette Racing C7.R."
