GM didn't bring 2017s painted in every single color available. They only brought 2017s in the new colors to show the public.

That doesn't mean that Yellow is not being offered on the 2017 - it is. Visually, nothing has changed with the 2017 Corvette other than introduction of the Grand Sport which looks like a Z06. If you want to get an idea of what a Yellow 2017 Corvette will look like - just look at a yellow 2016...
