I am consigning my 86 coupe with the collector I purchased it from. I purchased the car 3 years ago. This past year my son was born and I have not driven the car as much as I have wanted. I have decided to consign the car for another classic with a rear seat. I am the 3rd owner of the Vette, I purchased it with 24,000 on the odometer. The second owner purchased the car in 89 with 20,000. I have put on new Firestone Firehawks, and installed an OEM exhaust from the y-pipe back. If you look at the pics there is real wood grain installed, which was done in 89 by the second owner. The install was professional and can be removed without damaging the original plastic. I have the original bread box pad. The original owner installed a non factory alarm while he owned it. This alarm works, as well as the original factory alarm. I do not use the non factory one, the batteries are removed from the controllers to prevent activation. The digital display was overhauled in September, and is under warranty until next September. The Electronic Climate Controller was replaced in May, as well as the Blower Control Module. I did have some problems with this system and I posted questions here so I am not hiding any problems I have had with this car.
