2nd owner, want to add goglights

I am the 2nd owner of a 99 hardtop. The individual who had the vette before me didn't order foglights. Now, I wish to add foglights. Can this be done? I don't think the wiring harness is there. Can an authorized GM dealer install with genuine GM parts.

Yes the dealer can, but it might be expensive. If you are handy you might want to install them yourself.
