350 crate in Ontario, Canada

Anyone know where to get a 350 crate engine in Canada, preferrably Ontario. Anywhere besides the GM dealer, or will that be my best bet?

One of the best engine builders in the world (never mind just Canada) is located here in Montreal.

The PO of my car dropped in one of their 350/375 crate engines in the early 90's and it's still going strong.

Check out their history for a set of solid references. 'Zeke' (Terry Maxwell) is a former NHRA record holder and has been in the business since the late 60's. He is also the guy that did all the factory conversions on the last generation F bodies.

Talk to Doug or Terry and tell him Mike from the NCRS sent you.

As an aside, Zeke got his nickname many years ago from one of the posters on this forum (how's that for a small world?)

Rudy Held in New Hamburg sells complete motors at a good price. I have know Rudy for 40 years and his shop is an honest one. I trust him.
It is run and owned by Rudy, his brother Rich and his nephew Ron. They will give you a good deal, a good motor and warranty.
His number is 519-662-2821.
Just tell them Norval recommend them.
He is about 15 miles from Kitchener/waterloo on the London side.
I trust him.

Call for prices and horsepower ratings. They are open 9 till 7 at night and Saturday until 2. They would also have optional equipment such as intakes, cams, heads etc.
It is a speed shop that was in business in the 60's and is still going strong. They backed me for my blower motor.
