383 Retro Engine bay repainting

OK, Here is the photo of the engine bay after it was painted today. Notice the brake cyl, air cond compressor, and the wiper door actuatoras well as assorted other parts. it finally warmed up in Texas so the paint would stick!! Fred.

Beautious dude! I'm gonna be faced with that decision real soon, and I know I don't really want to attempt that because as obsessive/compulsive as I am it would just lead to much too much more work for me at this time. Although as they say, there's no time like the present.

Very nice. I didn't notice it in the earlier picture, but that black air cleaner cover and base is pretty cool, too.

The cheap chrome unit the previous owner installed in my car is getting rusty, and I've been wondering what to do with it, so I hope you don't mind if I buy a can of spray paint and steal that idea
