4+3 Overdrive Fill Plug

Hi Everyone,
I am wanting to check the transmission overdrive unit fluid level on my '86 4+3, and the plug seems to be frozen - it will not turn. This will be my first fluid change because I just bought the car in February, so I don't know the last time it was changed.
I can't get the plug out to save my life. I put some penetrating oil on it, took it to a guy with a lift, and all we did was end up rounding off the plug.

Any suggestions/comments?

4+3 Transmission

Hi. try a hammer and chisel, tapping the plug in the removal direction, counter clockwise. Sometimes, if you luck out, this will work, good luck.

If its rounded, try a pipe wrence with a pipe slid over the handle for leverage. Try using a new pipewrence as the teeth are sharp.
