490hp Callaway Corvette on ebay! No Reserve!

Just curious what would happen if you put the Callaway Magnacharger on this car? Is that the combo for the 616hp car?

Josh, in essence, it is the foundation for the increased power from the 560 SC cars to the 616 hp cars. Primarily, the heads and cam along with the Honker - a slightly different Honker, at that. :cool PCM tune would be changed as well, I imagine.

I still remember the discussions after driving the SSC and the SuperNatural 490 convertible back to back and a dealer asking, "can we combine both?"

You certainly get the best of both worlds, with the intake manifold being the only big part not reused.

If there is more to this on the engineering front, I am sure CallawayWest will chime in

It seems like more of a Callaway product (to me) whereas a SuperCharged one seems to be more of a Magnacharger product to me.
