'59 in Belgium?

A few days ago, Rob sent me a link to a '59 actually located in BELGIUM. I am bilingual in French (one of their spoken languages), so I emailed the site and its webmaster in both English and French for more info on the car- I haven't heard back yet, but it appears that the car is one of many kinds available for rent! Does anyone know any more on this car?
