Hi Folks...

In the course of things, my Dad and I think that the carb linkage on the '60 is not quite right. Does anyone have handy or can you please snap a few pics of a linkage set up on a WCFB single 4 barrel? We've found quite a few shots of a dual 4 setup, not a single. Think that it has been kinda 'made to work' and it's not working too well right now...

Thanks as always for the time.

Thanks for the drawings...thing that is bothering us is the location of the return spring - appears to be more forward in the drawings when compared to the assembly that is on the carb now...will have to take a more detailed look...

Anyone have a nice digital picture of the correct assembly?

The 1x4 diagram above is correct - the aft end of the return spring goes in a small hole just below the large hole for the grommet and bushing, and the forward end of the spring attaches to a bracket that goes under the outboard thermostat housing bolt head.
