Help! 64 Heater Blower Motor Identification???

I have a bad heater blower motor with the following markings.

Delco Appliance #5044555
13.5V
Rochester,NY USA

Don't see any dates code markings

If it is not original I will just buy an aftermarket motor. If it is original I will find someone to rebuild. Sounds like bearings are shot. Thanks for the ID help!
 
That's probably a replacement - the original blower motors had:

APPLIANCE NY USA
5 66

Stamped on the flange ("5 66" is an example of a date code).

I think I got the name order messed up. I have all the right words on the motor but not in the order you have. Anyway I am going to keep it and just put on an after market blower motor. Thanks!
