69 Power brakes

How much brake pedal travel should I have in my 69 350/350 4 sp.?

Everything is new on the wheels, and it has been rebled several times. Still too much travel.

Any thoughts?

If you don't have any leaks, it needs to be bled again; C2/C3's are notoriously difficult to bleed, and it takes longer to get all the air out of the system. Make sure you bleed BOTH fittings on each rear caliper - they have an inner and outer bleed fitting, the fronts only have one each.
