70 Corvette Door Alignment

I'm in the process of inspecting a 70 Coupe and have found the driver door is not aligned properly. When closing the door you need to pull up slightly to latch properly. When closed it door edges are a little off. Passenger side is ok.

Is this just a bushing problem, adjustment problem or are there bigger problems with rust at the mouinting point or elsewhere?

a set of pins and bushings for two doors are about 20$. if there's a big gap at the top of the door you will need to get new body mounts to fix it. check the bottom of the doors for delamination of the fiberglass from the steel.
