My tranny in my 92 is vibrating. It shifts fine 1-2-3-OD, once there, if I push the pedal slowly for more speed or a hill with the cruise control and before it goes back to 3rd/D it rattles. Once I push the pedal further in, it shifts back to 3rd/D fine. Do I need to adjust the "TV" cable?

If this happens at certian engine speeds and during shifting it is possible that it may not be your transmission. if you can get under the car you may want to inspect the the rest of the drivetrain at all the joints.
