71 350 camshaft

Hi i have a 71 350 lt1 330 hp. My question is is the cam in this motor hydraulic or mechanical? Does anyone have the specs on the stock cam?

Originally, it came with a solid cam and lifters. You may want to post your question on the LT-1 Registry Forum to answer your question about the cam specs.

71 camshaft specs

There is a good article regarding adjusting the valve lash on the LT-1 camshaft ( as you probably realize by now it's a solid lifter cam) in the November 2004 issue of Corvette Enthusiast titled "Playing Taps". It goes into a lot of great detail and can be used to adjust the lifters cold.
