When I apply the brakes it pulls hard to the left, and when I ease off the pedal it pulls to the right. after a minute or two the pull to the right goes away. The sequence repeats each time I brake. It also seems that right front brake may not be releasing as the car does not roll as easily as it used to. I have had the car 4 years. The rear brakes have been done but nothing done to the fronts.

You have a bad right brake hose or caliper. First choice would be the hose it has broken down internally restricting fluid flow.

Rebuild the front calipers.
Check the rotors for runout and thickness.
Check the wheel bearings for play.
Replace the front pads.
Replace both front brake hoses.
Bleed the brakes front and rear.
