Help! 74 vette carb trouble

1974 corvette , when i step on the gas it boggs down even after warming up what causes this quadrajet 4bl may some one knows how to fix this problem;help

Will it get up to speed if you feather the throttle?

no it does only when its warmed up then very carefully

Maybe the Power valve is stuck down
Or float is stuck

Very possibly the accelerator pump diaphragm.
