75 power window removal/repair

Can anyone lead me to some good instructions or provide some on how to remove/repair the power windows on my 75 coupe. The passenger side motor works fine but it binds up and I can tell there's something wrong by the way it binds up trying to roll up or down. I've tried to carefully adjust it from the top but to no avail. I removed the door panel and found the white anti rattle plastic "bullet" in the bottom of the door, not good! Anyway, I imagine there's years of dirt and hard grease on things so before I try anything and screw it up big time, I'm hoping there's somebody out there that can help.
