Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the front dust shield / caliper (steering knuckle) bracket bolts for a 76 Corvette? There are 2 longer lower bolts and a short upper.

The upper is 120 ft-lbs., and the two lowers (attach the steering arm to the spindle) are 85 ft-lbs.

Ed.. Thanx for asking the question..
John.. Thanx for the response.

I have been rebuilding my front brake calipers on my '75 Coupe.
I also took the front caliper mounting brackets off to clean/paint
the whole spindle assembly.
I have been looking thru all my books for the torque specs of these three bolts!
I checked the GM shop manuals & supplements as well as the Haynes, Chilton and
Clymer repair manuals...? I could not find a reference to these bolts?
I'm still hunting.
Thanx for the help.......... Graham
