76 Horn Question

Hey, need some help with putting my steering wheel back on. When I removed it the horn contact came out as you would expect but I did not notice exactly how it came out. Does the metal contact goin in first then the spring or the other way around? I have the shop manual but the pictures are not exactly clean. Anyone have some input. Thanks

Quess no one has much experience with horns, I am going to give it a go and we will see what happens.

M8, I can't answer your question, but is it alright to put you in my buddies list cause right now you're the only one I know with a 76 corvette. I am in the process of buying on e myself here in Australia. Good feeling hey. Anyway, I thought it would be nice to know at least someone.
