Help! 79 After Market Hatch Weatherstripping

I have a 79' with an after market rear hatch (installed way prior to me). The hatch is great and all but the weatherstipping has developed some pretty serious leaks and desperately needs to be replaced. I've looked high and low for replacement weatherstripping but haven't found anything. Has anybody else dealt with this or know where I could look?

A lot of the hatch conversions used the '82 CE rear glass and hardware. Does your car have the CE goodies? If so, the CE weathstripping should work.

Some of the generic auto parts places carry universal weatherstripping of various types. You might be able to find a resonable match for what you have.

Check out Ecklers or one of the other corvette parts vendor. They have a replacement weatherstrip for the rear hatch window. Sede link below. This will work with your aftermarket window 0r a 1982 CE window.
