79 rear end fit a 73??

got a 73 coupe 4 speed car and a friend of mine has a great shape 79 3.55 gear posi rear end...will they bolt up? I dont see any reason why not.....

Yeah, '79 was the last year for the cast iron housing. Check it good before put it in the car though. Look at the yokes for end play,oil leaks, put the cover if on and look at the carrier for crack between the pin and openings.
