79 steering column

i have a tilt/tele/cruise/signals/flasher/dimmer column. oh by the way it also steers the car. i have in the past seen info here about how to repair re-install the column but couldn't find it last night. any help? i think it was downloadable diagrams, info, etc.
boy do i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
