I bought mine at Carlisle and there are a lot to choose from, ask a lot of questions, see documents, look for new bolts, check body shims, buy a black book (in the building where Chips Choices are)there and it will give you the specifications, motor codes and options when it was built. I took a small mirror and flash light with me, I could look under the chassis at the frame and drive train for leaks and bad rust. Look up some of the CAC members while there, I'll be there on the 23rd.

Lots of Luck

I agree with Chockey

Make sure you definately check for rust, especially on the eight body mounts of the car.
The ones that are usually effected are behind the kick panels, in the footwell of the interior of the car.

My old girl had a little surface and flakey rust in there, but I found it and hit it with some rust converter after a good scrub with a wire brush.

Another body mount is in the engine bay and another is behind the rear wheel. These two are easy to see, but the there is one before the rear wheel and you can only se it from under the car or by taking the small rectangular plate off. If you look directly at say the drivers rear wheel, and look to the left of it, you will see the panel I am talking about.
It requires a gasket to replace it.

Good luck with your purchase!
