'81 Seat Belts

Like most C 3's my door continually closes on my drivers side seat belt and sometimes on the passengers side too.

The GM seat belt # 46676 Md C-75 - 45A80 is no longer availbable.

I the C3 seat belt is very hard to unbuckle in an emergency (the button is against the center console)

What I would really like would be that the female side of the new Seat belts to have top release like my C5.

Has anyone done this ... what would fit???

I just bought some late model seat belts out of a Firebird cause my driver side was missing when I bought my car . There out of the back seat, I'm told it's a popular conversion ,buttons on the top I'm hoping they'll be in the car for the weekend. If My carpet comes in
