Today i was messin with my 82 and i knocked of a vacum line that hooks up to one of the actuators that controls the headlights up and down and i did not know but i heard a noise so i turned the car off and the i saw the hose hangin there so i hooked it back up and now i have no vacume and the car wont start and the headlights wont go up and down. if u got any ideas of whats wrong or an idea to fix it, that would be great Thanks Ty

I would like to help, but there are a lot of places to mess in on a crossfire. The control valves for the headlights are under the drivers side of the dashboard. Is that where you were?
If not, where?
You won't have any vacuum until the engine starts because it all runs off intake manifold vacuum.
