'82' won't start

I'm stuck. My '82' won't start. I believe my fuel pressure is correct. When i turn the key I have voltage at the top of both TBI's, but I don't get my little shower of fuel. Can anybody help with my next move? Thanks!

Check to see if your tach connector is on. It won't fire the injectors if the tach feedback circuit is open. Also, check to make sure you have power at the battery connector on the distributor. Nothing will fire if your distributor isn't powered up either. Does your fuel pump buzz for a second when you turn on the ignition? If not, you don't have fuel pressure.

Do you get any sound from the starter??? I had a problem with a no start. I was getting nothing when I turned the key....no noise from the start. I tapped the solenoid with a hammer and the car finally started. I've order a new solenoid...cheap...$20 bucks.
