I'm looking into an 84 to start my Corvette ownership. I want to lightly modify the engine but, what does the stock 84 Crossfire flow in cfm? Some people measure the throttle bodies others measure the manifold itself. I know you can't go far in terms of power but Ya gotta start somewhere. What is the Crossfire CFM? :confused

I had 2.13" dia. TBIs on my 84. ~ 750cfm.BUT that was with manifold porting and Extrude Hone'd, TFS23d heads, roller cam and TPIS headers. Made 285rwhp. And there's more to getting it there than just slapping on heads and cam. I was one of the first to do it, so at least now you have a template and don't need to spend the time figuring it all out. Some other alternatives available also. It was a fun car to drive with very good torque.
