Hello Everyone,
I posted on another forum, but thought I'd try here also. My car is a 1984 Corvette with 29000 miles. I'm the original owner and have not drove the car in several years. Not been started for over 1 1/2yrs.
Went to start the other day, but would not run. Could get it to fire up with a squirt of gas down the throttle bodies and by very rapidly feathering the throttle. Let up and it would kill. Did this several time with same results
Siphoned out gas and put 5gal with injector clear. No improvement, had injectors serviced and changed fuel filter, no improvement.
Now thinking about pulling the fuel pump and inspect the sock. Anyone have a similar that could offer up some advice?
