85 cold start valve reinstall

How the heck does this thing go back in?I'm following the Haynes manual and reinstalled the fuel rail and the left runner.The manuals next step is"install the cold start valve.".It's a bear trying to get it under the runner to hook back up to the fuel rail and line up to the runner.Do I disassemble the fuel line from it and do it that way?This thing is going to drive me insane!!!

finally got it done.HaD TO TAKE THE FEED LINE OFF THE VALVE TO GET BEHING THE RUNNERS.then screw the cold start valve back in the line and install it on the runner.
