86 no horn

my 86 horns dont work have tested the horns themselves & they both work but have noticed when door open & security light is on if you press the horn button the light goes out could it be a relay if so where is it located

Relay is behind the temp/fuel panel in the center. Easy to get to. Just take your time taking the plastic trim off, then the screws holding the panel in. I was playing around with the steering wheel spring and fried my relay and connection,:eyerole so beware.
