Has anyone had to replace this ? mine only works for left turns ! pushing up for a right turn, it just flop back down.

How hard is this to replace, and who can sell me this part?

Your local AC Delco dealer should hae it in stock...

ACDelco Part # D9001 about 35 dollars

Are you a handy person...if so its not all that bad to replace.

Same thing!

Hi,
Waking up this old thread....
So this same exact thing happened to me this morning. I haven't fully removed the signal arm yet, but I'm pretty sure this is the part that I need- thanks! (It's called the 'turn signal switch' and is available from autozone for $31.99 part #SW317.

Anyway, so if anyone would care to describe in a bit more detail how I would get to this part, I would appreciate it. I took off two trim pieces around the arm without even using tools. I can ALMOST get the arm out right now without tearing apart the steering column. Can anyone tell me if I'll have to do major surgery to get to this part? Whilst taking those trim pieces off, I noticed a broken arc shaped metal piece fell out- with what might be two contacts on either end. This metal part had one edge that was distinctively separated from the original cast piece.
Thanks for any help!
