Help!
Good Morning, My 91 wouldn't Start. The car is Completely DEAD, turn key NOTHING [Not the battery and I don't think it's the starter]
I played with the Clutch pedal and it
Started. Took it for a ride, stopped for coffee...won't start. I was waiting for AAA to tow me, They said 4 hour wait for a flat bed!!!!

After 1 hour of trying..... it STARTED!!!

Somebody said there is a Switch on the Clutch Pedal???
Can anybody give me some advice.
My local gas station put a Clutch in more than a year ago. The Car has been running GREAT!

I wish I could find a GOOD VETTE Mechanic to TRUST.
Thanks,
Mike

My '95 always requires that the clutch pedal be pushed in to start. So, that says there is a switch somewhere in the clutch linkage. I don't know where it is, but shouldn't be too hard to find.

Thanks! Chrome sawblades are what makes the car for me. Here is a better shot.

... Note: How does one go about posting the actual photo instead of a link?...
When you compose the reply, click on the icon in the icon bar above that looks like a black mountain in fromt of a yellow sky - I have no idea what that means! A box will pop up prompting you for the URL - just type it in.

Be sure you have the cursor where you want the image to be before you click.

Thanks. I was doing it wrong.

I'll leave that up for a couple of days and then pull it to save my bandwidth.

Yeah, you got it!

Bob
