Drove about 30 miles to a car show, all highway. Had the AC running the entire time. When I got to the show there was smoke coming from under the hood just in front of passenger side. All hoses looked okay, no fluids on ground. Only thing I noticed was the aluminum hoses all had condensation on them. Stayed at the show a few hours then drove home but didn't put AC on until 5 miles from home. No smoke when I arrived home but hoses in same condition. What caused this and should I have it checked out? Thinking of going to Carlisle which is 4 1/2 hour ride and don't want any problems....

Look all around the right front of engine bay for signs of a green color (antifreeze) On mine I found it around the power steering container just above the water pump. It was a very fine high pressure mist from the water pump which had to be replaced. Let us know what you find;)

Aluminum lines sweat from A/C running. Is your dipstick and dipstick tube fitted properly? When it "smoked", did it smell like coolant or oil? I've had oil puke out my dipstick after putting my foot in it. Turns out I was missing an o-ring seal on the finger pull for the dip stick.
