Question: 93 lt1 coolant flush

I was under the car the other day, going to flush the coolant out, I think I found the knock sensor it's on the left side just above the oil pan about middle, this right? Is there another knock sensor other than that just one? When I pull it out and reinstall the knock sensor it should use any type of sealant, on the threads of the knock sensor? I don't want it to leak!

Yes, two sensors one on each side.
I use teflon tape or sealer both work fine.
