does anyone have the measurements on the hash marks of the 1996 Grand Sport Corvette?
Thanks

The GM part number is 10279781,
listed at "STRIPE, F/FDR WHL OPG".
The width of each stripe is very slightly different.

The left (front most) stripe is 2-13/16" wide
The right (rear most) stripe is 2-11/16" wide.

Each is approximately 8-7/8" long
They are spaced just over 3/4" apart.
Torch Red is a perfect match in color for those who wish to duplicate hash marks in paint.

Take a look at my C4, those were hand -made I didn't buy the kit either

they are the same dimensions and the diagonal cut you need to make is tricky you'll have to create a straight edge along the hood from where the headlight is....... Pending on where you want them I have them matched up with a GS and they are spot on the same I can send you a big pictures of the car with my hash marks to help you position them in the right spot

Thank you Mr. Sharp Vette man. Nice ride.
Tell me about your headers.
are they emissions compliant?
direct factory replacement?
size?
also your dual piston caliper...
what mods did you have to do, if any?

OEM style headers..They are ceramic coated with the A.I.R. plumbing on them ( Just a set of Chrome-plated stock shorties really )

As for the LIST OF MODs.... Most of them listed were already on the car.. the TPIS Flowmaster Exhaust/ TPIS 3'' Y-Pipe...The 17'' Zr-1 wheels and GS-C tires... Lowered suspension...

***The DBA Aluminum rotors(Drilled/Slotted )13" (front )and 11.5 (rear)
*** Dual Piston Grant sport Calipers( Embossed and painted black )
***V B & P Stainless steel brake lines
***V B & P Caliper Brackets (RPO-J55 Style)for the updated calipers
*** updated upper/lower Moog ball joints
*** I made the hood Functional for Better air-flow to the engine

and that's it

If you have the Dimensions for the hash marks that I sent you give me a day or 2 and I get some side shots of the car
( Just got the car back with the hash marks on the hood again ] I'll measure where i have them positioned from the back edge of the headlight bucket
