The first owner ordered this car with all available options except the F45 suspension and luggage rack. He even got the extended mobility tires *and* a spare! It is all original except the sawblade wheels are chromed (which has made them easy to keep clean), the windows are tinted, and the tires are Goodyear HPs. He sold this car, his 6th 'vette, to buy his 7th. My wife and I flew to SoCal to buy it, and drove it back to Seattle along Hwy1 -- highly recommended! I'm selling it now because I have too many vehicles (or so my wife says!).

The car has been rained on just 4 times since it was new. It has always been garaged at home and at work, by both owners. A complete maintenance history is available. Shop manuals go with the car. Mechanically/electrically the car is in great shape. Everything works except a wheel sensor in the LTPWS. Cosmetically there are the usual small rock chips and a small scratch or two -- this is a driver, not a trailer queen. Both owners were/are middle-aged guys who bought this 'vette to drive for fun on nice days. It hasn't been raced or abused, but rest assured that everything you've heard about the LT4 is true. :)

If you're looking for the ultimate in C4 convertible performance, this could be your car.

I'm asking more than the $19K private sale price because: 1) this car has a known history of exceptional care, and 2) it won't bother me a bit if I don't sell it!

Drop me a line if you're interested -- baywingdb@comcast.net

Toby, Sure hope you have better results then i did,i put my 96 roadster out over the internet in Sept, like yours Pologreen,Saddle top and interior,31K miles,LT1-300HP engine with auto trans, this is just a very nice car, asking price was 23K,zero interest so i lowered the asking price to 21K,recieved 2 request for pictures and info but that's as far as it went,C4's just do not seem to be selling unless you have it priced at rock bottom, there is a 95 coupe with a low 38K miles listed here, asking price was 15K and has already been lowered to 14.5K,like you i do not have to sell mine so i guess i will just get it ready for winter storage,i sure am not going to give it away. Being 'stuck' with a couple of nice C4s probably won't have anyone crying for us. In Seattle we'll get enough decent winter weather for a cruise every few weeks, so my LT4 won't gather too much dust. ;)

Besides, it's only my wife who thinks I have too many vehicles. I think I don't have enough ...

Toby, you sure are correct about "no tears" for 2 guys being stuck with their very nice C4's. Any luck selling yours? i have basically given up trying to sell mine and have put it into storage for the winter. I did exchange a few emails with a guy in i believe Everett Wash. that is looking for a nice C4 and he really likes the Pologreen/Saddle color combo,if you would like his email address let me know and i will send it to you via email, the last time we talked he had not found anything but was going to look at a Silver 99 as he could not find a C4 that he liked. Hi Tom. No bites on my LT4 roadster. Now that my wife has driven it to work a few times, the pressure to sell seems to have relaxed. ;)

I have a 1995 competition yellow/black/black, ZF 6speed, FX3 adjustable shocks, lots of new parts ...in showroom condition and no one even gave me a bit of interest when I asked $18,000:ugh ..so I am keeping it and enjoying it....:L

Update....now that its close to really nice weather I got an offer of $18,500 but my wife said for me to keep it and enjoy it(its a 6 speed vert...)...so now I have been telling people if they want it ...it will now cost them $25,000:L :L
