A/C and power steering belt came off

Out of the clear blue sky the A/C belt and power steering belt came off my 1980 Corvette. Not sure why. Has anyone else had this problem and is it a recurring problem? Thanks

If a belt or belts were loose then yes they will come off the pulleys. Most likely the cause of your problem was a loose belt which took the other one with it when it came off. Reinstall the belts and make sure they have the proper tension.
