Could somebody give me a little advise on how to stop the A/C from coming out of the defroster. This is a 1998 corvette with climate control. I have looked for vacuum lines removed the glove box and can't find my problem. I looked on line and it says that the HVAc vacuum line is in the back of the engine. Even with a mirror i can't see anything.any advise will be a lot of help

I moved your question to the C5 Tech discussion forum for better exposure.

Welcome to Corvette Action Center

Even though I may not be able to help you with your AC problem, and have to assume that heater functions the same way or have you tired that, do you have floor, vent, etc working! It is all individual buttons for the mode, assumed those were controlled electronically, then to a vacuum source, not sure here!! Not as simple as saying here is your problem! I would have to have the repair manual with diagrams and schematics to run this problem down no doubt! It becomes the process of elimination as much as anything. But did want to welcome you aboard. And maybe someone more versed than I will chime in with some direction as well. Good luck :thumb
