My ducts on the driver side seem like they don't fit together like they should. There is a duct that leads to the far left vent and that duct connects to the main center console duct. I messed around with them and can't get them to fit together like I think they should. This is real annoying since it hangs low and my feet bang into it. Anybody else have this problem?

i can't tell by the picture but there is a bracket to the left that secures the duct to the lower dash, is it there and secured? The ducts are a little sloppy but looks like it is not alined with main ducting,

The bracket is there and mounted, its almost as if the angle of the bracket is off...but it doesn't look bent in any way. I'll mess around with it some more tomorrow. I got real frustrated working with this stuff today!

Mine is slightly off, not quite as bad as yours. When I had the dash out I played with all of the ductwork behind the dash to get it to shift over slightly. As I recall, you could only go so far because it all ties to the center piece behind the gauges that comes out the center vent.

ac/duct

your duct on the left has a bracket that connects to your lower dash, you need to bend the bracket a little @ a time to get the duct lined up with the other duct.that is how i fixed mine.
