A/C only blowing out of 3 vents!

In the center of the dash, the 2 vents to the left (out of the 4 in the center) blow cold air at a good rate. The vent to the left of the steering wheel blows good air too. But, while driving today I put my hand up to the other 2 vents (to the right of the 4 vent cluster) and the vent by the passenger's window and very little air was flowing.
So what do y'all think?
My hunches: Is there a way debris can get lodged into the vents over time blocking them up? If so why only those 3? And How to clean them out.
The control on the dash aren't working properly?
I am hallucinating!

Yeah there might be...but on my Escort air blows much harder out of the two middle vents, then on the outside two (driver window, and passenger window). That could have some to do with it also.

Edit...Well if you pull the center console out you will find out that, the four vents int he middle is just a big space, and the four vents cut it up. The other side I am not sure about.

Wierd. if the center concole is one big duct then why wouldn't the 2 right vents in the center console blow air?
Still confused!
