I realise that this is Carol's spot but I am Bill, her husband and I am now a C6 owner too. No one will be surprised to learn that I am impressed by the car. Between Christmas and New Years, GM went nuts with discounts. I contacted Saskatoon Motor Products (SMP) and Carl, the general manager, went to work for me. He identified all '05's left in Canada and gave me my pick. To make a long story short, Carl negotiated a heavily discounted deal with a dealer in Brampton, Ontario (2000 miles away?), shipped the car to Saskatoon and it is now in his showroom. He took a trade in as part of the deal sight unseen and is trusting me on the value of the car. If I wish, he will pick up the car by transport rather than having me drive it to Saskatoon. If so, he will fly me and my wife to Saskatoon in his plane this Spring in order to pick up my new C6. I expect he will also offer us a courtesy car or will have us driven anywhere we like in the city while we are there. Carol and I have also been through the first service interval of her silver C6 and we have been treated like royalty.
