A little help here guys ( Need a mid year!)

So I'm in the forest..looking High & low, hither & yon for a midyear PROJECT!

I've been looking EVERYWHERE...

In the 10K-15K range for a rolling frame with body.. san's engine.. to rebuild for the purpose of building a DRIVER...not an NCRS show car...

Any leads in Calif... any thoughts... I've been close 3 times now..but no connection.

#1) Was to much ( 65 vert 20K)

#2) No paper.. and smelled fishy.( 63 vert 10K)

#3) The guy renewed his interest ( AFTER 20+ years)( 63 vert)( asking 12.5K)

I'm on my knees BEGGING the CAC members for help for my addiction... I'm going BROKE just in all the magazines for research!

Well I guess I can use em to mask the car for paint.....

So any help would be cool.

On vettefinders.com there is a '64 coupe with 2 engines for 22K. I will keep searching.

I search for vettes on the net often, so if i spot a cheap mid year, ill post a link for ya.

and your lookin for one that is less than 20k but not in horrible condition, just one that needs a good ammount of work right?

Spec's

#1) Convertable No coupes!!!
#2) Do not care auto or stick
#3) 15K tops
#4) Has to be transportable (roller)
#5) No engine or tranny ok ( prefered )
#6) CLEAN TITLE ( but substutite VIN ok)
#7) Missing front clip OK.. but price would have to be according.

The 63's are really talking to me I like the gauges!

I have no idea what that stuff means :L

and do you perfer no engine or tranny? i dont think ive ever heard someone say that before :L

It says Hardtop but it could be a vert w/ a h.top???

It's a race car .. and to far gone for this boy..

Usually it states coupe...or convertable WITH auxillary hard top.

Clean title= good pink slip.. not something that Jeb bought from Bob darn near 20 years ago.. and rest poor Bob's soul after that combine accident..

Front clip= the complete body foward of the firewall.

Lots of Vettes have been stripped for their engine.. and other drive train parts.....

and the car body sits for YEARS!

The 64 has a pic attached to the ad there, and I have seen a pic of the 67. The 67 is the deal for Vig based on what I can see in the pics.
OK Vig, now find me a Jacksonville Fl, or Toledo, OH corvette expert to look at 2 cars for me quick!!!!
