I did a search and could not find the old thread I was looking for, it dealt with how to determine if your transmission is low on fluid by looking at the tranny fluid temp reading in the DIC.
Does anyone remember this thread? Or am I loosing it?
Anyway, the reason I ask is that I have noticed some leaking, it is transmission fluid not rear-end oil. My temp after coming into work this morning is 181 degrees. It will be a few days before I can get the car into the shop and I want to make sure I am not driving it low on fluid and making a small problem into a bigger one.
