a4 to 6spd

my c5 is a4 trans. ... i would like to convert it to 6spd.

is it worth ???

how much it's cost ???

Hi there,
Yes, the cost is very prohibitive.
$3600 for the trans
$1700 for the 3.42 diff
Different computer, and wiring harness must be used.
I wouldnt suggest this course of action.
Of course, if you were to find a accident c5, then maybe.

Sell your car and buy one with a six speed or install a stall converter and you will never want a clutch again . You will gain torque X 1.7 to 2.0 out of the hole and still have lock up too .
